Hormonal and Metabolic Health Impact Report
Women’s healthcare provider also expands to all 50 states, as it shows strong clinical improvements and cost savings for patients with complex conditions like PCOS, obesity and fertility challenges
NEW YORK, NY – October 8, 2025 – Allara Health, an integrated women’s health provider specializing in expert, longitudinal care that supports women through every life stage, today announced new clinical outcomes data that demonstrate significant improvements in patient outcomes and reduced costs of care. Published in Allara’s Hormonal and Metabolic Health 2025 Impact Report, the findings underscore the provider’s commitment to filling critical gaps in care for women and building a new standard of multidisciplinary women’s healthcare.
Allara’s report comes as the company also announced its expansion to support women in all 50 states.
The Hormonal and Metabolic Health 2025 Impact Report included an analysis of nearly 1,500 patients, and in just the first nine months of care, Allara’s integrated model delivered:
- A 5% mean BMI reduction among patients with BMI >30;
- 9% HbA1c reduction in patients with HbA1c > 6;
- 12% reduction in insulin resistance for patients with HOMA-IR >4.0.
“Allara was founded to close the long-overlooked gaps in women’s health, especially for those navigating hormonal and metabolic conditions that affect every aspect of life,” said Rachel Blank, Founder of Allara Health. “These results validate that when women are given access to coordinated, multidisciplinary care early in life, we can improve outcomes, improve quality of life and prevent costly chronic conditions later on.”
More than one-in-three women live with conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis or thyroid disorders, yet these conditions remain underdiagnosed, undertreated and care is fragmented. These hormonal conditions are also deeply interrelated with broader metabolic health, influencing risks such as insulin resistance, obesity and cardiometabolic disease, often creating challenges for future fertility and healthy pregnancies. As a result, affected women are significantly more likely to experience infertility and pregnancy complications, future cardiometabolic diseases, as well as have increased rates of depression and anxiety. Allara addresses the gaps that exist in the traditional care environment through its national, consumer-first model that pairs each patient with a multidisciplinary team – including OBGYN providers, endocrinologists, registered dietitians and patient success leads – who deliver integrated, whole-body care. Since launch, Allara has treated more than 40,000 women nationwide, making it among the largest providers focused specifically on women’s hormonal, metabolic and reproductive health.
Additionally, 69% of Allara patients who previously experienced irregular menstrual cycles reported improved menstrual regularity, and many also reported meaningful improvements in daily life. Nearly 9 in 10 said they felt supported in making positive health changes, with the majority also reporting improvements to both diet (78%) and exercise habits (56%). Patients additionally described broader life impacts, with 84% noting improved productivity at work and 96% saying the program was helpful in fertility planning and support.
The clinical outcomes together with the patient experience and engagement metrics demonstrate that Allara has the potential to deliver significant cost savings. Based on internal modeling, Allara’s care approach is estimated to save more than $3,000 per patient annually. The savings come from avoiding diabetes-related costs, obesity-related complications and fertility-related expenses, demonstrating the dual impact of improved patient health and reduced financial burden for payers, employers and the broader healthcare system.
In January, Allara raised $26 million in its Series B funding round to support its expansion of care across all 50 U.S. states, enhance its clinical leadership and deepen insurance partnerships with national health plans. The investment also enabled Allara to scale its multidisciplinary care model, build stronger partnerships and increase access for the tens of millions of women in need of better support.
