In-Network Insurance
Allara is in-network with the following insurance companies: Blue Cross Blue Shield (including Anthem), United Healthcare, Aetna, Carefirst, Cigna, and Humana. Most in-network coverage is available in NY, CA, FL, TX and we are continuously working to expand.

In some cases, with in-network coverage, you are still responsible for fees that your insurance plan may assign including copayments, coinsurance and deductibles.

If your insurance is not in network
We provide a cash pay option for patients whose insurance is not in-network.

Our cash pay rates are as follows:

- Three-month Membership: $119/month
- Six-month Membership: $99/month

If you are not in-network, we can offer you a super bill that you can submit for coverage through insurance or your FSA/HSA account. It is your responsibility to inquire with your insurance company regarding your benefits and submit super bills. A credit or debit card is required to be kept on file for subscription fees to be collected monthly.

Allara’s membership pricing was designed to be simple and accessible to those seeking a cash pay option - that’s why we have a set fee per month, no sudden changes or nasty surprises.

Frequently asked questions

Does Allara have in person services?
  • As we’ve all learned over the past year or so, you can accomplish a lot over video call. Our programs are mostly digital, using telemedicine to treat you safely and effectively. When you join Allara, you’ll complete a comprehensive health intake that our providers will review before customizing your program. It’s important that you provide your medical and nutrition team with accurate information in your assessment and in your telemedicine visits so they can provide the best care. That being said, if your doctor orders blood work or diagnostic testing, you’ll be sent to a qualified lab.
Can I gift a membership to Allara?

How much does a membership cost?
  • Our membership starts at $99 / mo and includes ongoing medical and nutrition services, if we are not in network with your insurance.
  • If we do take your insurance, the options are $20 monthly or $180 for the year (comes out to $15/month) + copays. This could vary if you have a high deductible plan.

Is bloodwork and lab testing covered by my insurance?

We’ll work with you to find a lab that is in-network with your insurance. To learn more about what to expect for lab coverage, please call the member services number on your insurance card.

Can I use my HSA/FSA to cover the cost of my membership?

Absolutely! You are welcome to pay with money from your FSA/HSA.

Does Allara accept insurance?
  • Yes. We are actively working on expanding our insurance coverage. If you have any questions about insurance, please feel free to contact us billing@allarahealth.com.
