Tahini Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 C oat flour or AP flour
  • 1 C tahini 
  • ½ C maple Syrup
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp baking soda 
  • Chocolate chips (use dairy free for a dairy free option)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat your oven to 350 
  • Mix together all of your ingredients in a large mixing bowl (except the chocolate chips)
  • Once combined Let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Add in the chocolate chips. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
