Tahini Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS
- 1 C oat flour or AP flour
- 1 C tahini
- ½ C maple Syrup
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Chocolate chips (use dairy free for a dairy free option)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 350
- Mix together all of your ingredients in a large mixing bowl (except the chocolate chips)
- Once combined Let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Add in the chocolate chips. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
