Spicy Fish Tacos

INGREDIENTS
- Tilapia (about 1 lb)
- Salt
- 1 ½ tsp cumin
- 1 ¼ tsp chili powder
- 1 ¼ tsp paprika
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the fish into cubes. In a small bowl mix the spices together with the cornstarch. Coat the fish in the spice mix and drizzle with olive oil. Arrange on a baking tray spaced apart (this is really important so that the fish gets crispy). Bake on 400 for 10-12 minutes.
- Serve with what you like: rice, tortillas, avocado, salsa, pickled onions and cilantro!
