Spicy Fish Tacos

INGREDIENTS

  • Tilapia (about 1 lb) 
  • Salt
  • 1 ½ tsp cumin 
  • 1 ¼ tsp chili powder
  • 1 ¼ tsp paprika 
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cut the fish into cubes. In a small bowl mix the spices together with the cornstarch. Coat the fish in the spice mix and drizzle with olive oil. Arrange on a baking tray spaced apart (this is really important so that the fish gets crispy). Bake on 400 for 10-12 minutes. 
  • Serve with what you like: rice, tortillas, avocado, salsa, pickled onions and cilantro!
