Roasted Chicken with Artichokes, Olives, and Dates with Orzo

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb chicken thighs
- 1/4 C chopped dates
- 1/2 C chopped olives
- 2 cans artichoke hearts
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- 1 C orzo cooked
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place everything on a pan, coat in olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Cook at 400 for 30 minutes.
- While that is cooking, make your orzo (you can also do any grain like rice or pasta) according to the package.
- Serve all together and enjoy!
