Spicy Protein Pasta

INGREDIENTS
- Lentil pasta
- Cooked eggplant
- Kale
- Parsley
- Tomato sauce
- Red chili flakes
- Mozzarella
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain the pasta and then add it back into the pan with your eggplant, kale and tomato sauce. Mix together until the kale wilts
- Top with red chili flakes and cheese and enjoy!
