INGREDIENTS
- 1 or 2 chicken sausage
- 1 fried egg
- Vegetables (tomatoes, onion, peppers, and zucchini)
- Bunch of Basil
- Optional: 1 slice of toast
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add about 1 tbsp of olive oil to a medium pan on medium heat. Add in your onion, peppers, and zucchini, and cherry tomatoes (or use whatever vegetables you have in your fridge.) and your chicken sausage. Mix it around and let it all cook. (You can do the chicken sausage separately but this way it saves time).
- Place the veggies and sausage on a plate while you cook your egg(s). Crack eggs onto the already hot pan that you were just using and let cook for about 3-5 minutes until they are crispy and brown around the edges.
- Top with basil and serve all together with a slice of toast and enjoy!
