Pink Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 C strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ C frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • Milk of choice (~1/2 C)
  • 2 dates
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla protein powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add everything together in a blender. Add 1/2 C milk of choice (if it is not enough add more until it blends smoothly)
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Bonus points if you add beet powder (a superfood that’s extra pink!) or top it with goji berries!
  • Serve and enjoy!
