PCOS Superfood Breakfast

This breakfast is a PCOS power breakfast because it contains fiber, plant-based protein, and seeds that help fight inflammation, promote healthy hormone production and improve digestion. It is a single serving breakfast that is perfect for meal prep to have throughout the week to grab and go.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp Hemp seeds
  • 3/4 C milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: Cinnamon, 1/4 chopped fruit of choice, nut butter 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a small bowl or container, mix together chia seeds, flaxseed, hemp seeds, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix together well and let sit for at least 4 hours (overnight is optimal). That’s it! Enjoy on the go and topped with your favorite fruit and nut butter.
