Antipasto Chopped salad

INGREDIENTS

  • Romaine or iceberg 
  • Cucumber 
  • Tomato 
  • Chickpeas
  • Salami 
  • Sundried Tomatoes 
  • Mozzarella cheese (optional) - Can swap for avocado 
  • Olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Chop everything up into similar size pieces. Toss with olive oil, red wine vinegar, S&P and enjoy!
