Antipasto Chopped salad

INGREDIENTS
- Romaine or iceberg
- Cucumber
- Tomato
- Chickpeas
- Salami
- Sundried Tomatoes
- Mozzarella cheese (optional) - Can swap for avocado
- Olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Chop everything up into similar size pieces. Toss with olive oil, red wine vinegar, S&P and enjoy!
