3 Ingredient Roasted Carrots

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb carrots
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, cumin
INSTRUCTIONS
Chop your carrots lengthwise, coat in 2 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper and cumin and cook at 425 for 20-25 minutes!
