Hormone Healthy, GF dessert and snack

3-Ingredient Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Banana Bites

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Large Banana 
  • Peanut Butter (or almond butter)
  • Melted Chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Slice banana into small even slices
  2. Lay half of the banana slices on a parchment lined pan 
  3. Add a small dollop of peanut butter onto each of the banana slices
  4. Top each slice with another slice of banana (to make a little sandwich)
  5. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes (at least).
  6. Take out and coat in melted chocolate.
  7. Put back in the freezer until ready to eat! Enjoy!
