Hormone Healthy, GF dessert and snack
3-Ingredient Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Banana Bites

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Large Banana
- Peanut Butter (or almond butter)
- Melted Chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice banana into small even slices
- Lay half of the banana slices on a parchment lined pan
- Add a small dollop of peanut butter onto each of the banana slices
- Top each slice with another slice of banana (to make a little sandwich)
- Place in the freezer for 20 minutes (at least).
- Take out and coat in melted chocolate.
- Put back in the freezer until ready to eat! Enjoy!
