In-Network Insurance

Allara is in-network with the following insurance companies in some states:

Aetna (including Meritain)
Blue Cross Blue Shield (including Anthem, Carefirst and other affiliated plans)
Cigna
Humana
United Healthcare (including Oxford and UMR)
GEHA - Government Employees Health Plan

If your plan isn’t in-network currently, we have affordable membership options and are continuously working to expand coverage.

In some cases, with in-network coverage, you are still responsible for fees that your insurance plan may assign including copayments, coinsurance and deductibles.

If your insurance is not in network

We provide a cash pay option for patients whose insurance is not in-network.

Our cash pay rates are as follows:

- Three-month Membership: $119/month
- Six-month Membership: $99/month

A credit or debit card is required to be kept on file for subscription fees to be collected monthly.
