The doctors dedicated to you

Hilary graduated from Mount Holyoke College in 2007, and completed the Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner program at Boston College in 2012. Her career began in the suburbs of Boston, however she relocated to Texas to join the staff at Texas A&M in the fall of 2012. She worked in the student health clinic, precepted students from the nursing school, and served on several committees covering things from Title IX compliance to LGBTQ+ supports. From 2013-2016 she also worked as a forensic nurse for the Scott and White hospital system providing care to victims of domestic violence, trauma, assault, and abuse for both pediatric and adult patients. In 2017, Hilary joined a private practice in Fort Worth, Texas providing outpatient care to women across the lifespan, from birth control counseling to pregnancy and menopause care in one of the busiest practices in the city.
She joined the Allara team in 2024 to be able to provide women with comprehensive, consistent, affirming care in a setting that truly allows patients and providers to work together in a true collaborative practice. On her days off, you will find her chasing her toddler, wrangling her two rescue dogs, reading trashy novels, and taking care of her many plants (both indoor and out).
Specialized care that gives you the answers you need.
“I was given an explanation of how my hormonal imbalance was affecting me as a whole - body & mind - & tools so that we could start to manage my condition. I am happy to announce after a year of trying, I found out that I was pregnant & I couldn’t be happier!”

“This is genuinely the first time in my 7 years of being diagnosed, that I have felt seen and heard.”

“The Allara Community gives me the courage and support to continue my PCOS journey - I am never afraid to ask the hard questions and love hearing from other women with the same challenges.”

"My doctor went above and beyond making sure I had all the necessary tests, but also tremendously helped me in understanding my diagnosis, helping me change my lifestyle, and making sure I get the treatment I deserve."

"Before Allara I had no real direction or understanding of what it meant to have PCOS. Now I have a team of people that take time to explain every single thing to me, ask me how I feel and let me be apart of my treatment plan and I’ve lost 55 pounds."
