Prescriptions that don’t stop at the script

Allara Rx medications are not covered by insurance plans. However, you may be able to use your FSA or HSA funds to pay. Please check with your benefits administrator if you're unsure.

Processing and shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once payment is accepted. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

Please open your package as soon as it arrives. Some medications need to be refrigerated or stored a certain way, and your shipment will include everything you need, including dosing instructions, storage guidelines, and any other details specific to your prescription.

If there's a delivery issue, you'll receive a notification from us. Please reach out to our Patient Experience team through your dashboard so we can coordinate next steps, whether that's a reshipment or another resolution.

To get a refill, you'll need to book a follow-up visit with your Allara medical provider. Your provider will check in on how your treatment is working  and make sure your current medication and dose are still the right fit before renewing your prescription.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Allara Rx prescriptions. Because these are custom compound medications made specifically for you, they cannot be restocked or reused. All prescription purchases are final.

If your medication arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage (including the packaging) and email them to patientexperience@allarahealth.com as soon as possible. Our team will review your case and find a solution as soon as possible.
