In the Mira app, open your chart and click “Generate Report”. Save the report to your phone or computer
Step 2: Share it with your Allara care team
After booking with Allara, upload your Mira report through the Allara app before your visit so your provider can review it ahead of time.
Step 3: Review it together at your appointment
Your provider uses your Mira hormone trends alongside your symptoms, health history, and any lab work to identify patterns and build your care plan.
You can share your logged symptoms, medication, and lifestyle data with your care team before your visit. Your provider can use that information alongside your health history and lab work to personalize your care plan.
That's exactly what the Allara care team is here for. Our providers help connect the dots between your symptoms, hormone data, and medical history to determine next steps.
Possibly. Mira data provides valuable insights into patterns and trends, while lab work can offer additional information on biomarkers that your provider may want to help with diagnosis and/or treatment planning.
Allara includes both a medical providers and registered dietitians who work together on your care plan. Depending on your needs, you may also work with specialists across reproductive health, metabolic health, perimenopause, and more.
